Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How long is a training session?

1 hour

Q. How are training sessions scheduled?

Reoccurring weekly appointments. Example - Tom meets every week on Wednesday at 10am for training.

Q. What happens if I have a time conflict such as meetings, appointments, events, traveling, vacation, etc and need to reschedule my training session?

The best way is to give 2 weeks notice prior the reschedule date. On a week where there is a time conflict we will attempt to reschedule within that week based on the available time slots. Or schedule 2 training sessions the following week of the conflict. If neither of those options work we will simply pick up the following week. The session missed will carry over to the remainder of the program. You will not lose the session.

Q. What happens if I need to reschedule within the day of a training session?

We understand that emergency’s happen. We respectfully require12 hours notice for rescheduling. We are very flexible and will attempt to reschedule your session to another day and time that week. If you do not reschedule to another day that week you will forfeit the session missed.

Q. Do I need at home exercise equipment or access to a gym/fitness facility?
